Frustration

It seems that whenever I discuss the election with people who have different views from me, they always go back to moral issues.

If the election had NOTHING to do with Abortion, I honestly believe that more people would vote differently.

It frustrates me that people can vote entirely based upon a single issue. Our country is falling apart, people are without jobs, students are suffering from poor education standards, our country has been at war for almost 7 years (in my opinion, fighting over the wrong thing), our unemployment rate is the highest it's been in over 10 years (since Clinton began to decrease the sickening rate that George H.W. Bush left our country at).

And we have people who are basing their vote on Abortion.

I am in no shape or form demeaning Abortion, or the idea that many abortions are unnecessary... but to vote for a man to lead our country solely based on the idea that he is pro-life?!

This is mind boggling.

I guess that every person has their views or the ideas and I cannot push my views on anyone. However, I feel that it's very important for people to analyze their reasons for voting a certain way.
